Biography

Dr. Mohammed Al Alshaykh is an advisor at the General Authority for Defense Development (GADD), focusing on surveillance and reconnaissance technologies and research partnerships.  He completed his Ph.D. at Purdue University and subsequently joined King Saud University as an assistant professor of Electrical Engineering. His research focuses on photonic integrated circuits and their applications in quantum optics, microwave photonics, and optical interconnects. Dr. Mohammed is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Optical Society (Optica) and a scientific reviewer for several high-impact journals.
